Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellation Window: You must request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Note that we may not be able to cancel orders if the vendor has already initiated shipping.

1.  Spoilage Exemption: Cozmo maintains a strict no-cancellation policy for perishable items such as (but not limited to) food and flowers, though quality defects may warrant a refund or replacement.

2. Reporting Damage: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. All claims are subject to final approval and verification by the respective merchant.

3.  Expectations: For complaints regarding product presentation or expectations, contact Customer Service within 5 days of receiving the product for review and resolution.

4.  Manufacturer Warranties: For any complaints concerning products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please address the issue directly with the manufacturer.

5.  Refund Processing: Once Cozmo officially approves a refund, please allow 9 to 15 days for the funds to be successfully processed and returned to the customer.Important Note: Cozmo acts exclusively as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers and retail sellers. The individual seller or provider is solely responsible for the content, quality, and resolution of any issues related to their listed services and products.
